TOM RAVENSCROFT
Tom Ravenscroft is a seasoned DJ and broadcaster with a 30-year career that spans underground music scenes around the world. Known for his broad musical tastes, Tom's selections seamlessly weave through genres like electronic, techno, house, jazz, and experimental sounds, always pushing the boundaries of what's considered underground.
As a club DJ, he began his journey playing free parties in Sheffield, and since then has graced legendary stages at venues like Printworks, No Bounds, We Out Here, and Earth. He’s also played at major festivals including All Points East, Glastonbury, WorldWide, and, as well as memorable nights with the Beirut Groove Collective and On The Corner Records.
In addition to his DJing, Tom is the host of The Ravers Hour on BBC 6 Music, a weekly Friday night show that brings listeners the latest and greatest in underground dance music. With a knack for unearthing fresh sounds and celebrating established pioneers, Tom’s show is a staple for music lovers looking for a deep dive into the world of club and rave culture.
