RE:WARM 003 - Margaret Wakeley
Tax included.
For RE:WARM 003 we head back over to the United States to welcome the wonderful songstress, Margaret Wakeley to the label.
Margaret Wakeley worked throughout the 1970’s and 1980’s as a solo pop/folk performer throughout the United States and Europe, and recorded two amazing records of original songs — Better Days and Margaret Wakeley. On these two timeless records Margaret worked alongside a number of talented and influential musicians such as Skip Lane and Cy Timmons.
It’s from the album “Better Days” that the tracks “Hard To Leave The Island” and “So Hard To Be Away” are taken from. Both tracks sail along with a flow that shows Margaret’s true musicianship and individuality. Sounding as relevant today as they did in the 1970’s and early 1980’s they have truly tried the test of time.
